American Design & Construction, Inc. was founded in 2020 at a time that the world was in crisis due to Covid 19. The founder and management team felt there was a need in the market for a construction company that was willing to provide quality service even in these hard times. The company has quickly grown in size and production but we have still maintained strict control of the quality and finish of all our jobs. This is the commitment we make to our customers. We are a General B License Contractor. We specialize in ADU (Accessory Dwelling Units) construction. Since the passing of the new law in 2017 the industry experienced many growing pains. We saw that and felt that we can do better. The owner and management have over 40 years of experience in construction and felt that we could fill the gap that homeowners were experiencing with other contractors.

We still provide all other services like Solar, Roofing (Cool Roofs included), Plumbing, Air conditioning and many other services.
